Kick off the new school year with fun, friends, and community at our annual Welcome Back Picnic this Friday, August 22nd.  The event takes places in the back of the school on the blacktop near the playground from 5:30-7:30pm. Bring your family for an evening of kids playing on the playground, parents meeting each other, and grabbing dinner from local vendors (we will have Papa John's Pizza, Calletana's Peruvian Chicken, Smash It Burger Food Truck, Sugar Shack Ice Cream Truck,

The After School Program this year will consist of two 12-week sessions (instead of three 8-week sessions) with clubs/classes being held on one of two days.  There are a couple of classes that will run on a shorter schedule, but the majority will be running for 12 weeks. Bring a blanket* and join us for our fall Movie Night on Friday, September 19th as the PTA hosts a screening of Inside Out 2 !  Bring your kids and enjoy a heartwarming movie about emotions, friendship, and self-discovery.  Baldy's Snack Shack will be open (popcorn, nachos, hot dogs, candy, drinks).  Come early to get your movie snacks before the movie starts! New school year, new membership contest.  If you were a member of the PTA in the past - thank you!  Just a friendly reminder that your membership is good for the current school year, so you will have to join again this year to be a PTA member for this school year.  We will be running our Membership Contest again this year.  The class with the highest percentage of PTA members on September 30th will win a pizza party. We're excited to announce another great spirit night event at Foster's Grille in Chantilly on Tuesday, February 25th .  Join us for a tasty meal and help raise funds for CES.
